If you liked my last post about The Magic of Disneyworld Florida then you’re in for a treat! I’m going to share some of my favourite moments I had on my holiday in Disneyworld’s most magical park, The Magic Kingdom.
The night parade is one of the biggest attractions that Disney puts on and one of the most popular. Every evening at 9pm, thousands of people line the streets around The Magic Kingdom with their flashing Disney accessories and Disney spirit ready to watch the famous spectacle!
The parade lasts around half an hour and as people start to disperse and figure out where they’re going to head next, the Magic Castle began to light up and music from every Disney movie you can think of is being played loudly across the park. A light show is is projected onto the castle, causing everyone to gather in front of it and watch the amazing light display which has everyones favourites scenes from all the movies. It’s like a magical trance! This is then ended with the SPECTACULAR firework display – which yes, bought a tear to my eye full of magic, especially when the lyrics – When you wish upon a star, make knows difference who you are, anything your heart desires, will come to you, are sung to everyone!
I know this post is lacking a lot of writing in comparison to the others but sometimes pictures can say more than words 🙂 (Although not LOADS of photos because I was WAY too distracted by the magical excitement!)
One of the other amazing things that I was lucky enough to experience was having breakfast in Cinderella’s Castle (a part of the Magic Castle) with the Disney Princesses! Isla, my niece was turning 7 so we arranged a girls only breakfast to celebrate the way girls should celebrate! Princess style!
Cinderella’s Royal Table is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and you have to book pretty far in advance! You have time slots in which to be there but you’re not at all rushed, you really are made to feel like Princesses! This is a MUST if you have little, aspiring princesses or even if you just want to have a girly day! The prices are pretty reasonable too 🙂 This was most definitely one of the best experiences I had whilst in Disney, you can always find your inner child in Disneyworld!
