Recipe of the week: Raspberry & Almond Smoothie Bowl.

It’s the last one of the month and it did NOT disappoint! I love a smoothie, I tend to always have one in hand at work to keep me going and top up my nutrient intake. This smoothie bowl was super easy and quick to make, you also have the choice of adding oats too which would make a great substantial breakfast – plus it looks so pretty!

My ‘Recipe of the Week’ series was only planned for the month of January but if you’ve enjoyed a bit of food inspiration and it’s helped you to try a new thing or two then share the love and let me know! I’d love to plan another month of recipes and experiment some more.

For this recipe you will need the following ingredients, simply blend it all together. Again, I used my trusty Nutri-Bullet and then decorate the top with your choice of toppings. Enjoy!

Ingredients;

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • A few handfuls of frozen raspberries
  • Approx 65g of yoghurt (I used Alpro almond yoghurt)
  • 65g of oats
  • Your choice of topping or decoration – I used almonds, desiccated coconut and banana slices.
