It’s the last one of the month and it did NOT disappoint! I love a smoothie, I tend to always have one in hand at work to keep me going and top up my nutrient intake. This smoothie bowl was super easy and quick to make, you also have the choice of adding oats too which would make a great substantial breakfast – plus it looks so pretty!

For this recipe you will need the following ingredients, simply blend it all together. Again, I used my trusty Nutri-Bullet and then decorate the top with your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
- 4 ripe bananas
- A few handfuls of frozen raspberries
- Approx 65g of yoghurt (I used Alpro almond yoghurt)
- 65g of oats
- Your choice of topping or decoration – I used almonds, desiccated coconut and banana slices.
